Order Acceptance
The invoice provided following your personal information does not constitute
an acceptance of an order. Sportuniform.com reserves the right, without prior
notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service
to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the
acceptance of your order.
Pricing Errors:
While we strive for a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete,
including price information and product specifications. In the advent of price errors, they will be
corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. Sportuniform reserves the
right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an
order has been submitted and accepted).
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns/Exchanges MUST be called in for obtaining RAN (Return Authorization Number) from the Returns Dept.; all returns/exchanges are subject to inspection before credit is issued, no credit will be given for washed or used garments. Special cut, discontinued or decorated (embroidered or screen printed) items can not be returned nor exchanged. No Restocking Fee on returns or exchanges as long as they’re made within 20 days after items being received. All returns must be made within 20 days of when items received. All sales are final after 20 days. Credit will be issued within 2 billing cycles (usually around 20 business days). Credit does not cover shipping cost and it is the customer responsibility to ship items back to our facility.

Shipping:
It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the shipping address for
pickup. All problems associated with shipping are the carrier responsibility
not Sportuniform. A complete and correct address is the responsibility
of the customer (apt.suite etc.) and is necessary for your item to be shipped
efficiently.
